Postage and Packaging

All items are sent securely and a signature will be required upon delivery.

At the moment, we deliver only to addresses within the UK.

Delivery Options

We will send your order out to you in 1-3 working days from receipt of payment, unless an item is out of stock. If it is out of stock, we will give you a revised delivery date.

UK Standard (£3.50) are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service. First Class post will be used but it is not a guaranteed next day delivery service and the package will be un-insured. If this method of posting is used, we are not responsible for any items that may go astray.

UK Next Day (£4.99) are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Goods are insured and will arrive by 1 pm and will need to be signed for.

If you would like to receive your goods on a Saturday, please upgrade the postage option to Saturday delivery (£6.99) . If you are going to choose the UK Saturday Special Delivery service, your order needs to be received and processed by Friday morning at 10 a.m, in order to make this possible.

Placing your Order

It’s very easy to place an order. Just browse the shop, pop the items that you would like to buy into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you’ll be asked for some details (card details, your name and address and contact number etc). We need these details to complete your order.

We accept card payments and cheques. If you order online using the shopping cart, we will ask you for a card payment.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please email your order details (your name, telephone number, address and exactly what you would like to order) through to our email address. We will confirm receipt of your order, and send you an invoice. We will give you an address to send a cheque to. Once a cheque is received and payment cleared, your items will be dispatched.

Whether you are paying through the website or by cheque, we will indicate that your order is accepted when we issue an invoice to you. This forms a contract, which means that we are promising that we will deliver the items in the invoice to the address on the invoice for the price outlined.

All orders are currently VAT free.

Card Security

Paypal is one of the most secure payment systems available. When you order via our website, your information is protected by SSL using 168 bit encryption.

We do not see the account details at this end and we do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. You can read more about Paypal security on their website.

Guarantee & Returns Policy

You can return any item within 10 days of receiving the item, to receive a refund.

The refund will be the cost of the item, minus the postage cost.

However, it is very important to us that you are happy with your purchases, so please do get in touch if you have any queries at all.

If you do need to make a return, please call us on 01747 870377 to inform us and then securely post the item back to us. Jewellery will need to be returned by special delivery (if the item cost more than £30) or by recorded delivery (if the item cost less than £30), to the address on your invoice. If the item is not returned using either of methods, and the item is not received here, a refund will not be possible.

Please include a copy of your receipt and a telephone number and address in your returns package. When the jewellery is received, we shall then credit back your purchase cost.

If returns are made after 10 days we can only issue you with a credit note for the amount spent. The credit note can be used to purchase another item on the website.

Returned items do need to come back to us in the condition they were sent out, with no alterations or changes made to them.

Cancellation of Order

To cancel your order please contact us. If it hasn’t yet been dispatched we will issue you with a full refund, otherwise please refer to the Returns Policy above.

Returning a damaged item

If you do receive a damaged item, firstly please contact us to let us know what has happened and provided the item is within its 10 day warranty period we will provide a replacement item free of charge on receipt of the damaged item. If you decide you don’t want a replacement item a refund will be issued.
